Abstract
In recent years the income gap between rural and urban areas has been widening.The farmers' income has seen a sluggish increase,which to some extent affects the economic and social stability and thus attracts universal attention from the society.As one of the important tools of adjusting the income distribution,financial policy is the effective choice to narrow the income gap existing in China's current rural and urban areas.Based on the current status of the farmers' income distribution in China,this article analyzes the issues in the financial policies in the rural area and their impacts on increasing farmers' income and then advances some financial proposals to enhance the increase.
