Abstract
A series of VCsCuT1 catalysts were prepared by impregnation method The activity and selectivity of the catalysts for selective oxidation of p-tert butyl toluene to p-tert benzaldelyde were studied The effect of different ratio of T1 on the structure and catalytic properties of the catalysts were investigated by means of XRD and IR technology The results indicated that the additive of T1 could obviously raise the selectivity of reaction On V-Cs-Cu-T1 catalyst, the excellent result that conversion of p-tert butyl toluene and the selectivity of p-tert benzaldelyde reach about 12mol% and 85mol% respectively were gained After running 365 h, the catalyst still possesses good catalytic activity
