Abstract
In traditional user bandwidth management,user bandwidth does not readjust once it is assigned.There is the problem that users can not obtain higher bandwidth even if the network export bandwidth is idle.So,the network export bandwidth can not be effectively used.The dynamic bandwidth allocation based on user and multi-level QoS algorithm is presented.In this algorithm,the user bandwidth is readjusted according to variable QoS level and status of network export bandwidth.The experimental results show that this algorithm can ensure network effective running.At the same time,it can provide higher bandwidth for user as far as possible and be helpful for making full use of network export bandwidth.
