Abstract
Six trial treatments such as 50% straw return to field,100% straw return to field,30 m3/ha manure apply to field,60 m3/ha manure apply to field,50% straw plus 30 m3/ha manure apply to field and check(routine fertilizer) were designed to study the effects of different fertilizer treatments on growth, development and yield of maize. The results showed that among all the treatments, the plant height, plant base perimeter, leaves area per plant and three ear leaves area in 60 m3/ha manure apply to field was the highest;but the highest emergence rate was in 30 m3/ha manure apply to field, the 100% straw return to field was the lowest. The grain yield increase followed by 50% straw plus 30 m3/ha manure apply to field 60 m3/ha manure apply to field 30 m3/ha manure apply to field 50% straw return to field 100% straw return to field.
