Exploring standardized and normalized two-way referral guidelines

Abstract
The reasonable two-way referral guidelines can ensure the effective running of two-way referral work.Two-way referral guidelines are explored in the pilot work of Guanlan People's Hospital,which takes the symptoms as the turn-up gudieline and the health as the turn-down gudieline.We can see that the guidelines are reasonable and standardize doctors' referral behavior.The aim of introducing the two-way referral guidelines is to supply references to develop the two-way referral further.
