Abstract
Engine nacelle is an important part of the aircraft power plant, unavoidable in commercial research field. The main purpose of the engine nacelle design is to provide the whole engine and the most compact streamline shape that could impact aircraft performance the least. A mathematical model of turbofan-engine nacelle surface has been established with different modeling methods for constructing curves and rules of nacelle channel section area. Nacelle surface design program has been developed based on C ++ language. According to the actual need, series of nacelles which are smooth enough and have different angle of interleave and channel could be designed by inputting parameters conveniently. The smoothness and continuity of nacelle surfaces could satisfy plane and engine's demands.
