On the Privilege of Marriage Relation in Criminal Procedure

Abstract
The privilege of marriage relation is established commonly in foreign criminal procedure.This em-bodies the guarantee of the peculiar relation and the attention to dignity of human personality and human rights.Criminal procedure in our country has necessity and feasibility to establish the privilege of marriage relation,but should pay attention to the range of spouse,and provide informing procedure and the exception of marriagerelation.
