Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of small incision non-phacoemulsification ECCE and IOL implantation for cataract patients.?Methods 566 cases(570 eyes) accepted small incision non-phacoemulsification ECCE and IOL implantation.?Results The vision of all these patients were improved,1 day after the surgery,52.80% had a vision of 0.5 or better;1 week after the surgery,60.20% had a vision of 0.5 or better,21.50% had a vision of 1.0 or better.?Conclusion Small incision non-phacoemulsification ECCE and IOL implantation is a safe and reliable method for cataract patients,also it is simple and easy to catch on.
