Separate Modification of Printing Pressure of Multicolor Offset Press

Printing experiments were carried out under the same and different printing pressures.The dot gains of different dot percentages under the same printing pressure and that of the same dot percentage under different printing pressures were obtained through testing the prints.By analyzing relationships between the dot gains and printing pressures,the reasonable adjustments of printing pressure on each printing unit were determined to ensure consistent dot gain on printing products.
