Abstract

The U shape EKC curve is often used to describe the relation between economic growth and environmental degradation.Based on the 1992—2004 economic and environmental data in minority regions,models of industrial waste discharge per capita GDP have been established,and the relationship between environment protection and economic development analyzed.The result of the analysis shows economic development can't lead to the improvement of environmental quality.
