Design of 2d barcode PDF417 codec system based on VC

Abstract

Because of its advantages such as large information capacity,strong correcting ability,wide code range,high efficiency and so on,2d barcode is applied extensively to different fields.In this paper,firstly,the structure of PDF417 and its codec theory are briefly introduced.Then the design and development of 2d barcode PDF417 codec system are realized by using VC++6.0.Finally,the experiment result shows that this system is workable and can correctly finish the work of codec and print,which can be used for the basis of 2d barcode PDF417 application system.
