Abstract

According to an investigation of the invasive alien species in their species,quantity,distribution and harms in Chengdu area,some species such as Opogona sacchari(Bojer),Pomacea canaliculata Spix,Alternanthera philoxeroides(Mart.) Griseb,Eichhornia crassipes(Mart.) Solms and Rana catesbeiana shaw were found.Some points were discussed including the cause of spreading,harms,prevention methods,possible alien species in near future in the Chengdu area and problems existing to control the invasive alien species.
