Discussion on the Etiology and Pathogenesis of Pulmonary Interstitial Fibrosis from Toxicity and Deficiency

To discuss the relationship of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and pulmonary obstruction,thus exploring the etiology and pathogenesis of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis from toxicity and deficiency.It holds that poison damaging lung collaterals,pathogenic toxin obstruction and healthy qi consumption are the key pathogenesis;injury of zang and fu organs can damage the metaplasia of toxicity and the accumulation of toxicity will further damage the zang and fu organs,leading to toxicity,phlegm,stasis and deficiency and causing long duration and various complications.Therefore,toxicity,phlegm,stasis and deficiency are the basic pathological characteristics of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.
