Abstract

This paper summarized three kinds of DNA molecular markers:(1)molecular marker based on Southern hybridization;(2)molecular marker based on PCR;(3)molecular marker based on repeat sequence.It also summarized these kinds of molecular markers' application in crops cultivars identification and fingerprinting, gene location and assisted selection breeding,division of heterotic groups and heterosis prediction and cytological studies.
