Abstract
The system of reverse micelles containing enzyme preparation methods and influencing factors,the structure model of enzymes dissolved in reverse micelles was discussed in this paper.And the newest study on development of enzyme solubilization reaction in reverse micelles was introduced and the prospect was given for its application.
