Abstract
The ideological and political educator as the subject of ideological and political education,their education force in the process of the ideological and political education directly affects the ideological and political education.Therefore,the research of education force of ideological and political education subject becoming an important studying and exploring issue of the ideological and political education.The ideological and political education subject can improve their education force on the ideological and political education in the following ways: improve the ideological and political education subject's quality construction;to realize the function of ideological and political education subject,and the reasonable use of network in the ideological and political education.
