Abstract

Objective was to optimize the extraction process of yellow pigment from the Lonicera japonica Thunb. The optimum extraction was investigated by the orthogonal design, the ratio of raw material to extraction agent(A),extraction time(B),microwave power(C),extraction times(D) were the four factors in the experiment, and three levels of which were chosen to be inspected to optimize the process. The extraction times and microwave power had significance effect on the extraction. The optimal conditions were determined as follows: the extraction agent was ethanol absolute, the ratio of raw material to extraction agent was 1∶50(g/ml),extraction time was 50s,microwave power was 700W,extraction times was 3.
