Abstract
On the base of summarizing the peculiarity of the international capital flow ,we analyses the measures and characteristics of domestic capital flight and money laundering. We shall obtain a better result only if we increase the degree of punishment , strengthen international cooperation and carry out the organization and the frame of law.
