Abstract

During Ming and Qing dynasties, Hunan had a larger number of talents than the previous dynasfies,reflecteing in the increase of the Scholars. The main reason is that the Ming and Qing Dynasties scholars inherited the essence of Hunan cultureto create the conditions for the rise of Hunan talent; the development of academy laid an important foundation for personnel training;the impetus for the development provided by the development of commodity economy; changes in the social customs,is an important factor.
