Abstract
The WANG brothers'government in Fujian was the important approach of Central Plains Culture spreading in the South.Before this,Fujian was effected small by Central Plains culture.When the WANG brothers governed Fujian,they took many measures in developing politics,economy and cultivating talents.These measures have provided political setting,material base and talented condition for the spreading of the Central Plains Culture in the South and enabled Central Plains Culture to spread broadly in Fujian during the Five Dynasties.
