Abstract
objective:To investigate the relationship of the delta-bilirubin and delta-bilirubin/total bilirubin ratio with the heavy Hepatopathy.Method:Use vitros 250 dry-chemistry system and Olympus AU540 biochemistry instrument to monitor 61 heavy hepatitis patients,analyse bilirubin and other biochemistry markers.Result:After treatment,38 patients improve and leavehospital,23 patients leave hospital voluntarily or die at the end.The improved patients'liver functional indicates including TB、Bu、Bc、CHE、ALT、ALB、delta-bilirubin、delta-bilirubin/total bilirubin's rate,delta-bilirubin、TB、BU、BC、ALT decrease and ALB 、CHE、delta-bilirubin/total bilirubin ratio increase,respectively,the delta-bilirubin fall following with the total bilirubin's decreasing,ti's tate of total bilirubin have a obvious increasing in the contrary.The bad patients'TB、Bu、Bc、delta-bilirubin、CHE、ALBincrease,ALT and delta-bilirubin/total bilirubin ratio decrease,respectively,the delta-bilirubin increase or maintain following with total bilirubin's increasing,its rate of total bilirubin have a obvious decreasing on the contrary.Conclusion:Comparing with other monitoring indicates of liver's function,the delta-bilirubin/total bilirubin ratio are more ideal and more efficient and more sensitive to reflect the condition of liver's function of heavy Hepatopathy.
