The Way to Enhance Combat Effectiveness for Anti-cruise Missile Using Portable Missile

In order to enhance the combat effectiveness in anti-cruise missile Using portable missile,the technique method has been proposed to cover the shortage of the portable missile in aspect of anti-cruise missile in this paper.The combat effectiveness has also been analyzed and the calculation results have been presented.
