Abstract

Along with the rapid infiltration of E-information technology into various industries, the library based on E-informatization will become the direction of library’s construction and development in the future. This paper expounds the limitations of the library with traditional collection form, probes into the superiorities of the library with E-information resources, and points out the significance of constructing the library with E-information resources and the key works of the construction of the library with E-information resources.
