Abstract
It is difficult to get robust deformation results using conventional differential InSAR method, due to limitation of time baseline and space baseline in SAR interferometry. Based on the ASAR image data from the ENVISAT satellite with c-band radar sensor, Permanent Scatterers InSAR(PS-InSAR) algorithm is used to monitor the temporal evolution of surface deformation in Ge-Ting mining area and obtain the temporal deformation sequence of the mining area. The retrieved deformation sequence reveals the development and evolution of the subsidencebowlof the mining area, and will help disaster warning of mining area.
