Abstract

The HN gene of Newcastle disease virus(NDV) isolated from Luoyang was amplified by RT-PCR and cloned into the eukaryotic expression vector pcDNA3.The recombinants of pcDNA3-HN were further identified by PCR amplification and enzyme digestion. The results showed that the expression vector pcDNA3-HN was successfully constructed.
