Abstract

Objective:To know the situation of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits on the markets of Tianjin.68 samples of fruit and vegetable were collected randomly in two seasons. There were 44 vegetable samples and 24 fruit samples among them. Methods:All the samples were detected by the method of GB/T 5009.20-2003.Results:5.9% of the vegetable and fruit samples were positive in high toxic organophosphorus pesticide, the most residue reached 31.97 mg/kg.Among the 68 samples,7.4% were unqualified. There was no significant difference between vegetables and fruits(P0.05).Conclusion:It's necessary to strengthen the surveillance of pesticide residues and spread green nuisance-free vegetables and fruits.
