Abstract
Improving the qualities of teachers is the key to develop high-quality talent with innovative ability,for the teachers are the implementers of quality education.In this paper,the basic qualities of computer teachers in the university were discussed under the background of quality education,and a brief analysis of the meaning of these qualities was made.Therefore,the teachers of computer professional in the university may refer the proposal and it can service to promote the quality of education in universities.
