A Study on the Community Construction in China--An example of Licheng new district community construction in Quanzhou

The author studied the theories and experience of the community construction at home and abroad,and put forward that it was a universal problem concerning the independent obstacle to the development of community in China.And it made the community construction meaningful to improve the community capacity and to exert the resource potency of community.Based on the research of the Licheng district-which is a demonstrate district developing in advance in Quanzhou,the author summarized the main achievements and put forward the existing problems, whose core is the obstacle to the independent development of community.Then the article gave some suggestions on how the independent construction of community made itself a benign circle.
