Abstract
Objective: To observe the inhibition role of the Kangbingdu Particles to respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in vitro. Methods:Used cell culture technology,As a positive control drug ribavirin, observed the inhibition role of the Kangbingdu Particles to RSV in the human larynx passage cells (Hep-2).Results:In Hep-2 cells, the CC50 of the Kangbingdu Particles was 9.05,EC50 was 0.62,TI was 2.085 and there was an obvious dose-response relationship on inhibiting RSV.Conclusion:Kangbingdu particles can inhibite the RSV in Hep-2 cells significantly.
