Abstract
Embedded system has been widely applied in computer and automation field.The structure of embedded Linux and divers is introduced.Based on ARM embedded system and Linux operating system,a general method of developing Linux drivers for hardware interfaces is proposed.According to this method,design of the Linux driver for Serial Synchronous Controller(SSC)on an ARM platform is presented.
