Abstract

Real property activity comes from the highly abstract thinking process of German conceptual legal doctrine, having great influence in the Chinese regard.Many scholars have provided a lot of proof and criticize for its value and whether it exists or not.However, there are disputes over real property activity contains only agreement over property or that and formalism which informs the public.The author ,from the angel of history and theoretic constructre, proves the activity must contain the agreement and the form then its goal can be realized.
