Abstract

In order to use the nutrients left in the residue of Pleurotus sajorcaju cultivation, a composition of 75% cultivation residue,20% deer dung,1% calces,2% calcium perphosphate and 1% sugar was used to cultivate Pleurotus sajorcaju.Comparing with cultivation using cottonseed residue,Pleurotus sajorcaju grew faster on this composition, its bioefficiency ratio reached 91%.It is a new way to grow edible fungus economically.
