Abstract
According to the EIA case of three sewage treatment plants,the paper discusses factors related to the discharging of sewage,that should consider the national and local water environmental protection policy,water environmental protected objects and the function of the water environment where the sewage is taken into.The paper put forward discharging way,reasonable location of outlet,and tell us how to choose the appropriate site of the sewage treatment plant.
