Abstract

Totemism research for the understanding of the history of a nation,customs and human psychology is of great significance.Among the nations of the snake totem worship,Minyue people′s snake totem worship is very representative.There are series of changes from people′s fear to general worship and then to totem worship.Minyue people have a special respect for snake and there are multiple manifestations of Minyue people′s snake totem worship.
