To Promote the Scientification, Systematization and Standardization of Party Building with the Spirit of Reform and Innova- tion

The Fourth Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee of the Party has put forward new strategic thinking and strategic objectives, improving the scientific level of party building, building a Marxist learning political party, effectively promoting inner-party democracy included. From the perspective of promoting the new great project of party building with the spirit of reform and innovation, this paper focuses on the Scientification, Systematization and Standardization of party building, and demonstrated respectively the meaning, connotation and means of the construction of scientific party view based on the scientific concept of development, the Party's reform and innovation led by learning party organization and the people's democracy led by the Inner-Party democracy, in order to provide the theoretical support for strengthening and improving Party building under the new situation.
