Breeding of Qianbai 10,a Chinese Heading Cabbage Variety with Tolerance to Bolting

Qianbai 10,a new Chinese heading cabbage variety with cold resistance,good tolerance to bolting,strong disease resistance,high yield and better commodity,was bred from Ye15-1Hun 2(two self-incompatibility lines with good cold resistance and tolerance to bolting)to meet the needs of Springsummer leafy vegetable in off season and out-of-season Chinese cabbage production.Qianbai 10 with good growth vigor under the severe cold condition during winter and spring,39 cm of height,50 cm of spreading degree and 5 000kg/667m2 of commodity vegetable can be cultivated in Chinese cabbage planting areas of Guizhou and the similar ecological areas for autumn and early spring sowing.
