Abstract
The graft copolymerization of ethyl Acrylate onto terpolyamide of nylon 6, 610, 1010 was investigated with KMnO 4/H 2SO 4 as initiator. The graft copolymerization reaction is greatly influenced by the reacition conditions. It was proved that the optimum conditions are C(KMnO 4)=2 5×10 -2?mol/L, C(H 2SO 4)=0 24?mol/L, temperature 60℃ and time 3h. With these terms, the high grafting parameters were attained. The graft ratio reached 165%. The crystallinity reduced to 21 4% from 47 8%.
