On the Conversion from Urban Large Scale CAD Data to GIS Data

Abstract

The CAD data format is one of the commonly used formats in urban large scale data.But many GIS application are limited to CAD data formats.The processing of data conversions is required.Based on the application of transformation from CAD data to GIS data for geomatics public service platform construction,this paper introduces the main work process of the conversion from CAD data to GIS data.
