Abstract

The geophysics property of reservoir will have changed largely after water-driving in oil field. The changes caused by water-driving can be shown by well-logging response and be used to locate residual oil. The varieties of well-logging response of water-flooded layer have been analyzed by well-logging comparison of drilling core wells with neighboring wells. The reliable theory foundation and practice experience are provided for water-flooded layer interpretation and residual oil ascertainment.
