Abstract

The paper aims to construct a rational system of industry security indicators,set up the alarm limit for the degree of indicator security,make a quantitative evaluation on the degree of security for China′s paper industry in ac- cordance with the correlated data for the several years in the future predicted with the gray model and provide a vi- sual display of the present situation of China′s paper industry.
