The Problems in the Financial Management of Infrastructure in Universities and Counter-measures

At present,due to the expansion of colleges and universities and the internationalization of higher education,there is a craze in the infrastructure,and the financial management of infrastructure becomes important obviously.This paper points out the problems in financial management as following: the incomplete of the financial system design,the insufficient coordination among the sectors like infrastructure,finance and asset management,the low level of financial officers' professional capacity and ethics.As a result,the paper puts forward the counter-measures like: to join infrastructure financial management in colleges and universities into the financial management of the university,to strengthen the communication and coordination between management departments related to objects,to strengthen the business training and to promote the work ability of financial officer.
