Abstract
In order to meet the need of education informatization,domestic colleges are paying more and more attention to their teachers' educational technology,but there is no standardization.Based on the review of the studies on training college teachers' educational technology,combined with the personal practice,the paper analyzes the present situation,and puts forward some new ideas on the training content,process,evaluation and motivation system.
