Industrial Cluster: the Study of Sustainable Development based on Innovation

This paper discusses the problem of sustainable development of industrial cluster.To reach this object,the cluster must take innovation as the groundwork,depend on the synergic advantage of the cluster,promote the cooperative innovating among the enterprises in the cluster and upgrade the competitive predominance of the cluster.Most of China's industrial clusters belong to low-cost cluster now,we should adopt some measures such as cut down administrative intervention,promote the development of regional culture to accelerate the cooperative innovating among the enterprises in the cluster.
