Abstract
Objective To analyze imaging features of abdominopelvic desmoplastic small round cell tumor(DSRCT) and to improve the diagnosis. Methods Imaging features of 6 cases of abdominopelvic DSRCT confirmed by histopathology were analyed retrospectively. Results There were no specific manifestation detected on X-ray and(or) regular gastrointestinal radiography.Single or multiple large masses with necrosis and calcification were detected on CT images..On contrast enhanced CT images, mildly enhancement were showed in 3cases,obvious enhancement with mutiple enhanced vessels were showed in 3 cases. Conclusion DSRCT has specific CT manifestations.Imaging features, such as abdominaopelvic mutiple large masses with heterogeneous density and mild to obvious enhancement in teenagers,is suggestive of DSRCT.The final diagnosis should be based on the histopathological examinations.
