Abstract
The human is an important factor in the development of social productive forces,the development of social productive forces with person's all-round development is the dialectical unification.We realize person's all-round development,must take the scientific development concept as the instruction,carry out the quality education,improve the entire national quality,and combine the development of social productive forces with the improvement of the quality of the civilization of the whole nation.
