Abstract

TiO2 nanotubes has rapidly attracted substandtial research attention and show huge perspectives in solar cell and photocatalysis field.The preparation methods and the progress of TiO2 nanotubes in solar cell,photocatalysis,photocatalytic water splitting and gas sensitivity are summarized in this paper.The prospect of TiO2 nanotubes is also viewed.
