Application of stabilizer GJ-101 for hydrogen peroxide in pretreatment

Abstract

Effects of three stabilizers of GJ-101, ZJ-A and GZ-B on hydrolysis of hydrogen peroxide in conventional hot bleaching processes, alkali-hydrogen peroxide one bath process and cold pad-batch process were discussed, it was found that GJ-101 can be applied to the above three processes, while the latter two are only used in the conventional hot bleaching process. Cold pad-batch process and hot bleaching process with hydrogen peroxide using GJ-101 as a stabilizer can impart cotton/linen medium fabric, elastic fabric good bleaching results.
