Effects of Tourism Disturbance on the Plant Diversity of Typical Karst Forest

Abstract
According to the time of tourism development and annual tourist capacity,3 communities in Libo Xiaoqikong scenery zone,Maolan nature reserve and original forest standing for strong,slight and no disturbance respectively was selected to study the effects of tourism disturbance on the plant diversity of typical karst forest.The kind and amount of vegetation was investigated to obtain the diversity indices.The results showed that the richness,evenness and diversity index of arbor and shrub layer was decreased under strong tourism disturbance;however,of herb layer,the richness index was increased while the evenness index was decreased.Under slight tourism disturbance,the richness index and Shannon-Wiener index of arbor layer,evenness and diversity index of shrub layer was decreased;the Simpson index and evenness index of arbor layer,richness index of shrub layer,all the diversity indices of herb layer was increased.
