Abstract
Combining with some project cases,the paper analyzes the bidding and quotation strategies,and gives a detailed illustration on the application of two bidding and quotation methods,that is the cost analysis method and the uneven quotation method,so as to improve the quotation level and to realize the improvement of bidding ratio and the reduction of bidding costs.
