Abstract

In the early years of Western Han Dynasty, the fiefdom by the same name and that by different name has certain privileges in aspects like politics, economy, and military service. With the constant increase in their strength,a serious threat is posed to the central government of Western Han Dynasty. But if you say that vassals and the emperor co-dominated the country and that the law of the Han Dynasty was only appropriate to the areas under the direct jurisdiction of the Han Dynasty,it will not be very convincing.
